Reliable was founded in 1987 by current CEO Michael Trudgeon. During its early years, the company was focused on the growing need for document management services in the legal and professional service market. Reliable quickly established itself as the go-to provider for these offerings, carving out a niche as a customer service leader.
To keep step with the evolving needs of its customers, Reliable established production facilities in Wilmington, DE and East Norriton, PA, and leveraged its proven experience to launch new business units for outsourced management services, document imaging and electronic data discovery. In March of 2021, Reliable acquired A&A Court Reporting. The combination of A&A’s court reporting expertise and over 20 years experience with Reliable's extensive, best in class capabilities and technology expanded the reach and capabilities of our organization, so that today, Reliable delivers single-source expertise in e-discovery, litigation support, managed services, legal document production, court reporting and trial support services to leading law firms, corporations, and other organizations throughout the U.S.

Michael J. Trudgeon
Chief Executive Officer
Mike's 34 years in the document management industry started with the founding of Reliable as a copy service in 1987.
Reliable was named one of "Delaware Valley's Fastest Growing Companies" by Philadelphia Business Journal, and Mike was nominated for "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young in 1997. He previously served as a board member of The Philadelphia Police Athletic League, and The Woodlynde School, and Philadelphia VIP and is a member of The Andrew Hamilton Circle. Mike cares deeply about giving back to the community, and is an annual supporter of the Support Center for Child Advocates, VIP, Mission Kids, Philadelphia Bar Foundation, Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, Ronald McDonald House, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, CADE, Senior Law Project and others. He is the recipient of the American Cancer Society Community Service Award. Mike attributes Reliable's success to a simple and straightforward strategy: exceed client expectations with personal, attentive service.
Jeffrey P. Palazzese
President and General Counsel
Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars, and the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Jeff joined Reliable in 1996 after working as a litigator in private practice. Prior to practicing law, he was National Director of Store Operations for Aldi, Inc., an international food chain. He currently serves as a board member for the Homeless Advocacy Project, Lower Merion Alumni Association, and Cornell Football Association, and is an active supporter of the Alzheimer's Association of Southeastern PA, Support Center for Child Advocates and the MS Society. He was elected to the MS Society Leadership Class in 2001.
Janice Potts

Janice started her nearly 40 years of professional experience in the office services and outsourcing arena as Systems and Services Manager for Merrill Lynch.
After 9 years as Director of Operations in Facilities Management for Pandick Technologies and Pitney Bowes Management Services, she joined Reliable in 1994. She has maintained a consistent hands-on approach ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, account renewal and growth of the company from inception to its current position as one of the major resources for managed services and consulting in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Rich Mocarski
Director of E-Discovery & Hosted Services
In his 21 years at Reliable, Rich has been instrumental in the development and execution of Reliable’s technology strategy.
He is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of technology resources within the organization as well as researching new technologies that improve the effectiveness of our clients as well as our internal operations. He is a resource to clients in developing their litigation support strategies and consulting on how to handle challenges in the delivery and use of electronic data.
